Add tomato sauce to the meat, ideally Satsebeli sauce, I used a simple tomato sauce for kebabs. If the sauce is too thick, you need to dilute it with water to the state of liquid sour cream. We stir it. Braise on low heat.

While the meat is stewing, let's make the sauce. Dilute the starch with 3 tablespoons of cold water. We put the pot on a small fire, add cream, stir it. As soon as the mass heats up, add sour cream. Warm with constant stirring for 2 minutes.

Add the sauce to the meat. Stir it. Cover with the lid and stew for 20 minutes (on low heat).
