Ingredients for - Berry Lemon Muffins

1. Almond Breeze Vanilla almondmilk ½ cup
2. Blue Diamond Almond Flour 2 cups
3. Baking powder 1 tablespoon
4. Lemon, zested 1
5. Salt ½ teaspoon
6. Vegan margarine, softened ⅓ cup
7. Canola oil ⅓ cup
8. Sugar 1 cup
9. Vanilla 1 teaspoon
10. Blueberries ½ cup
11. Raspberries ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Berry Lemon Muffins

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Sift flour and baking powder together in a mixing bowl. Stir in lemon zest and salt.

3 . Stage

Add softened vegan margarine, canola oil, sugar, vanilla and Almond Breeze Almondmilk Vanilla. Mix well.

4 . Stage

Fold in blueberries and raspberries.

5 . Stage

Pour into muffin tin, and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
