Ingredients for - Blueberry Clafoutis

1. Almond Breeze Vanilla or Cashew Almond Blend almondmilk - 1 cup
2. White sugar - ½ cup
3. Flour - ½ cup
4. Butter, melted - ¼ cup
5. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
7. Eggs - 4
8. Fresh blueberries - 3 cups
9. Powdered sugar - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Blueberry Clafoutis

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and butter a 9-inch oven-safe skillet or baking dish. Puree all ingredients except blueberries and powdered sugar in a blender until smooth.

2. Stage

Pour into skillet and top with blueberries. Bake for 40 minutes or until center is set and top is lightly browned.

Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
