2. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
3. Vegetable oil - ½ teaspoon
4. Grated peeled ginger - ¼ teaspoon
5. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Sliced carrot - 1 cup
7. Sliced green onion - 2 tablespoons
8. Minced red bell pepper - 2 tablespoons
9. Cucumber - halved lengthwise, seeded, and sliced - ½
