1. Vegetarian ground beef (e.g., Gimme Lean TM) - ½ (14 ounce) package
2. Vegetarian burger crumbles - 1 (12 ounce) package
3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. Eggs, beaten - 2
5. Vegetarian Worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Pepper - ⅓ teaspoon
8. Ground sage - 1 teaspoon
9. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
10. Prepared mustard - 2 teaspoons
11. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
12. Bread, cubed - 3 ½ slices
13. Milk - ⅓ cup
14. Tomato sauce - 1 (8 ounce) can
15. Carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces - 4
16. Potatoes, cubed - 4
17. Cooking spray - 1

How to cook deliciously - Vegetarian Meatloaf with Vegetables

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

In a large bowl combine vegetarian ground beef, vegetarian ground beef crumbles, onion, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, sage, garlic powder, mustard, oil, bread cubes and milk. Transfer to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and form into a loaf. Pour tomato sauce on top.

3. Stage

Place carrots and potatoes around loaf and spray vegetables with cooking spray.

4. Stage

Bake 30 to 45 minutes; turn vegetables. Bake another 30 to 45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
