Ingredients for - Boiled Lobster

1. Water - 3 gallons
2. Onions, quartered - 2 large
3. Garlic, peeled and cut in half - 10 cloves
4. Lemons, quartered - 2
5. Oranges, quartered - 2
6. Celery, quartered - 5 stalks
7. Black pepper - 4 tablespoons
8. Seasoned salt - 4 tablespoons
9. Fresh jalapeno peppers (Optional) - 6
10. Fresh live lobsters - 2

How to cook deliciously - Boiled Lobster

1. Stage

Pour water into a large pot and add onions, garlic, lemons, oranges, celery, black pepper, seasoned salt, and jalapeño peppers. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 20 minutes.

2. Stage

Add lobsters and place a lid over the pot. Boil until shells are bright red and meat is opaque, about 15 minutes (depending on the size of your lobsters).

Remove lobsters from the pot and place them in a colander under cool running water to stop the cooking process.
