1. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
2. White sugar - ½ cup
3. Cider vinegar - ¼ cup
4. Salt - 1 teaspoon
5. Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
6. Celery seed - 1 teaspoon
7. Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets - 1 large head
9. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 (16 ounce) package
10. Green onion, sliced - 2 stalks

How to cook deliciously - Broccoli and Mushroom Salad

1. Stage

Combine oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, paprika, celery seed, and onion powder in a jar. Seal the jar, shake, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2. Stage

Combine broccoli, mushrooms, and green onion in a large bowl. Remove dressing from the refrigerator and shake. Pour over veggies, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
