1. New potatoes, skinned, cut into 1-inch cubes 4 pounds
2. Processed cheese food, cubed 1 pound
3. Mayonnaise 2 cups
4. Bacon, cooked crisp and chopped 1 pound
5. Onion, finely chopped 1

How to cook deliciously - Brunch Potato Casserole

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Place potatoes in a large pan; fill with enough water to cover and bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes are just soft. Drain and place in a large bowl.

3 . Stage

Gently stir processed cheese into hot potatoes without mashing them. Continue to stir every minute or so until cheese is melted.

4 . Stage

In a separate bowl, stir together mayonnaise, bacon, and onion. Gently stir into potato-cheese mixture. Spread into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

5 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
