1. Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
2. Dried figs, seeded and minced - 2
3. Raspberry vinegar - 2 tablespoons
4. Avocado oil - 2 tablespoons
5. Freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
7. Bacon - 4 slices
8. Shredded cabbage - 1 (10 ounce) package
9. Thinly sliced red bell pepper - ½ cup
10. Green onions, sliced - 2
11. Dried cranberries - ⅓ cup
12. Sliced almonds - ⅓ cup
13. Mandarin oranges in juice, drained - 1 (4 ounce) container

How to cook deliciously - Cabbage Salad with Mandarin Oranges and Fig-Dijon Dressing

1. Stage

Combine mustard, figs, raspberry vinegar, avocado oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender or small food processor and pulse a few times at first. Run for about 1 minute until dressing is well blended and set aside.

Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and crumble.
