3. Green bell pepper, sliced ½
4. Onion, sliced 1 large
5. Garlic, pressed 10 cloves
6. Fresh large shrimp, shelled and deveined 1 pound
7. Tomato sauce ½ cup
8. Dried parsley 1 tablespoon
9. Crushed red pepper flakes (Optional) ¼ teaspoon

Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the bell pepper and onion; cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more. Add the shrimp and cook until opaque, about 2 minutes on each side.
