On top of all this splendor spread the pesto sauce. You can buy ready-made, or you can make your own. I made it myself from two bundles of basil, olive oil, two cloves of garlic, Parmesan cheese and a handful of pine nuts. I added a little wine vinegar to make it last longer. I put all the ingredients by eye and mixed them in a blender. Once there was no "Pesto" sauce and I couldn't make it because of the lack of pine nuts, so I made it without it. Even so, this appetizer was a pleasure to eat.

It's ready to go! Fast, tasty, low-calorie (the mozzarella has only 18% fat), and the salad leaves take a long time to digest, which makes you feel full.

It is eaten with these "sandwiches", of course, without bread. You can swap the cheese and tomato, i.e. do not put the cheese on the tomato, but the tomato on the cheese. Enjoy your meal.
