How to cook deliciously - Sealed omelet
1. Stage
Cut the bread into slices and cut out the middle, leaving about a centimeter around the edge.
2. Stage
Cut the meat into small pieces. Dice the tomato.
3. Stage
Pour oil in a frying pan, over medium heat fry first the meat until tender, then add the tomato and divide into three pieces. If you don't have all the slices of bread in the pan, leave only one or two parts of the filling.
4. Stage
Beat the eggs and salt with a fork.
5. Stage
Reduce heat to minimum. Place the bread in the pan on top of the filling.
6. Stage
Fill with egg (I had two pieces, so I left some of the stuffing and egg until the next frying). Put cheese on top.
7. Stage
It's okay if the egg comes out a little from the bottom. Just gather it up and put it inside. Place the cut out middle of the bread on top and press down a little.
8. Stage
Lift the bottom edge of the bread, if the filling does not fall, then you can gently flip the construction, preferably with tongs or two forks.
9. Stage
When the second side is fried, put it on a plate and repeat the manipulation, in case there are any ingredients left.
