1. Stage
In a bowl mix the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and oil.

Add the carrots that have been grated on a medium grater. Add the pudding, sugar and eggs.

Knead the dough. The dough is sticky. Divide the dough into two equal portions and wrap them in clingfilm. Leave one portion to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and the other portion to chill in the freezer.

Grease the baking dish with oil. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, helping yourself with wet hands.
5. Stage
In a separate bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, egg, pudding and lemon juice.

Place the cottage cheese filling on the dough.
7. Stage
Grate the frozen dough over the cottage cheese filling. I didn't have time to freeze the dough completely...unfortunately! But the guests wouldn't wait! I had to find a way out of the situation. I tore little pieces from the dough and put them on top of the cottage cheese filling. Believe me, it did not affect the taste!
8. Stage
Bake in a preheated oven at 160g for 50 minutes.
