Fry until golden. Add the mushroom roe (I have homemade red mushroom roe) and fry all together well.

Cut the fillet lengthwise into 2-3 layers, depending on its thickness. Lightly salt, pepper and sprinkle with chicken seasoning (if desired).

Place thin slices of cheese on the fillets and sprinkle with dill.

Spread with mushroom stuffing.

Place half a quail egg on the edge of the fillet. You can do without them, it will also be delicious.
