Ingredients for - Jama

1. Pork - 500 gram
2. Carrot - 50 gram
3. Bulb onions - 100 gram
4. Parsley (root) - 50 gram
5. Garlic - 25 gram
6. Bell pepper - 100 gram
7. Flour - 50 gram
8. Sour cream 15% - 250 gram
9. Chicken egg - 4 PC.
10. Vinegar 9% - 30 Ml
11. Salt - taste
12. Black pepper - taste

How to cook deliciously - Jama

1. Stage

Cut the pork into pieces and boil until cooked.

2. Stage

Add the chopped carrots, chopped onions and parsley root, chopped bell peppers, chopped garlic, salt to taste.

Beat eggs, add sour cream, some salt and flour, make batter.

4. Stage
