How to cook deliciously - Assembled hodgepodge
1. Stage
Mushrooms (in this case, milk mushrooms and mushrooms) cut into julienne strips and put them in a saucepan. Pour a liter of water and put on the fire.
2. Stage
Cut the onion in half rings and put it in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Lightly fry, add tomato paste and stew for a while. Put the onions in the soup.
3. Stage
Cut the cucumbers into half rings and add them to the soup. Do not add the capers yet.
4. Stage
Boil the cucumbers for five minutes and you can add the green buckwheat. Why green buckwheat? Because it doesn't have as much flavor. I add buckwheat to lean mushroom soup. You can add potatoes, but I like them on rare occasions, and I do not like them in the soup at all. Boil buckwheat for about five minutes, take the soup off the heat and divide it into two parts. Leave the leaner part thicker and the leaner part leaner.
5. Stage
In the lean half add the meat mixture (sausages, smoked sausages and turkey ham). Both halves return to the fire and cook until the buckwheat is ready. Three minutes before cooking, add eight capers to each pot.
6. Stage
Solyanka is ready. Pour onto plates, add a slice of lemon and chopped greens.
7. Stage
If you want, you can add a spoonful of sour cream to the hodgepodge. Or you can do it without sour cream, as you like it.
8. Stage
