1. Double-crust pie pastry, thawed 1 (14.1 ounce) package
2. Crosse & Blackwell® Mincemeat Filling & Topping or Crosse & Blackwell® Rum & Brandy Mincemeat Filling & Topping 1 (29 ounce) jar

How to cook deliciously - Classic Mincemeat Pie

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Unroll pie crusts. Line an ungreased 9-inch pie plate with one pastry. Fill with mincemeat filling. Cover with the second pasty and press the edges to seal. Cut slits in the top pasty to vent steam.

3 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until pastry is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
