1. Double-crust pie pastry, thawed - 1 (14.1 ounce) package
2. Crosse & Blackwell® Mincemeat Filling & Topping or Crosse & Blackwell® Rum & Brandy Mincemeat Filling & Topping - 1 (29 ounce) jar

How to cook deliciously - Classic Mincemeat Pie

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. Stage

Unroll pie crusts. Line an ungreased 9-inch pie plate with one pastry. Fill with mincemeat filling. Cover with the second pasty and press the edges to seal. Cut slits in the top pasty to vent steam.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until pastry is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
