Ingredients for - Bigos

1. White cabbage - 1 kg
2. Mushrooms - 300 gram
3. Vinegar 9% - 10 Ml
4. Meat broth - 300 Ml
5. Pork - 500 gram
6. Melted fat - 50 gram
7. Bulb onions - 100 gram
8. Tomato paste - 100 gram
9. Bay leaf - 2 PC.
10. Black pepper - taste
11. Salt - taste
12. Sugar - taste

How to cook deliciously - Bigos

1. Stage

You can take fresh or pickled cabbage, sprinkle it with vinegar, add the broth and simmer over low heat until half cooked.

2. Stage

Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in fat until golden brown.

3. Stage

In a frying pan where the meat was fried, fry the finely chopped onions and sliced mushrooms. Add tomato sauce and cook another 2 minutes.

Combine cabbage, meat and mushrooms with onions, season to taste and simmer for 30 minutes.
