Ingredients for - Teriyaki Chicken

1. A hen - 1 kg
2. Soy sauce - 125 Ml
3. Apple vinegar - 4 tbsp
4. Ground pepper - 1 Tsp
5. Brown sugar - 150 gram
6. Potato starch - 2 Tsp
7. Garlic - 4 clove
8. Ginger root - 8 Cm.

How to cook deliciously - Teriyaki Chicken

1. Stage

In a small saucepan, mix sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, starch diluted in 50 ml. cold water, grated ginger and garlic.

2. Stage

While stirring, bring to a boil, the sauce should thicken. Grease a baking sheet with butter.

3. Stage

Put the chicken. Pour the sauce thoroughly and send it all to the preheated oven (220 degrees) for 30 minutes.

4. Stage

Stir every 5 minutes so that the chicken is well soaked in the sauce.
