Ingredients for - Cornflake Wreaths

1. 1/2 c. (1 stick) salted butter
2. 4 c. mini marshmallows
3. Cooking spray
4. 2 tsp. pumpkin spice
5. 1 tsp. green food coloring
6. 8 c. cornflakes
7. 1/4 c. small red cinnamon candies

How to cook deliciously - Cornflake Wreaths

1 . Stage

Line a large baking sheet with parchment. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add marshmallows and cook, stirring often, until melted. Remove from heat. Spray a silicone spatula with cooking spray. Using spatula, stir in pumpkin spice and food coloring until combined.

2 . Stage

Add cornflakes and mix well until color is distributed and each flake is well coated. Let sit until cool enough to handle but still malleable, about 30 seconds.

3 . Stage

Spray your hands with cooking spray. Roll 3-tablespoon (1.5-ounce) portions of cornflakes mixture into ropes (you should have 16). Bring ends of rope together to form a circle roughly 3" in diameter. Place on prepared sheet and repeat with remaining cornflakes mixture.

4 . Stage

Arrange wreaths on a platter. Top with candies.
