Ingredients for - Cottage Noodles and Cabbage

1. Margarine, divided ¾ cup
2. Cabbage, cored and sliced thin 1 medium head
3. Onion, sliced 1
4. Uncooked spaghetti 1 (16 ounce) package
5. Small curd cottage cheese 1 cup
6. White sugar 1 tablespoon
7. Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Cottage Noodles and Cabbage

1 . Stage

In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt 3 tablespoons margarine. Add cabbage and onions. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and browned.

2 . Stage

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

3 . Stage

Stir cooked pasta into cabbage and add remaining margarine. Stir in cottage cheese and sugar; cook until heated through.

4 . Stage

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
