Ingredients for - Country Fried Squash

1. Milk - ½ cup
2. Egg, beaten - 1
3. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
4. Cornmeal - ½ cup
5. Garlic salt - 1 pinch
6. Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
7. Salt - 1 pinch
8. Oil for frying - 1 cup
9. Butternut squash - peeled, seeded and sliced - 6 pounds

How to cook deliciously - Country Fried Squash

1. Stage

Whisk milk and egg together in a small bowl. Combine flour, cornmeal, garlic salt, pepper, and salt together in a separate bowl.

Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.

Dip each squash slice into egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture to coat.
