1. Bacon 8 slices
2. Onion, chopped 1 small
3. Eggs 4
4. Milk 2 tablespoons
5. All-purpose flour 2 tablespoons
6. Dried parsley 1 teaspoon
7. Dried thyme ¼ teaspoon
8. Salt and pepper to taste ¼ teaspoon
9. Unbaked pie crust 1 (9 inch)
10. Shredded mozzarella cheese ¼ cup
11. Shredded Cheddar cheese ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Country Quiche

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, but reserve 1 tablespoon of grease. Crumble bacon and set aside. Heat reserved bacon grease in a skillet and sauté onion until soft.

3 . Stage

In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, flour, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add bacon, onion, mozzarella, and Cheddar cheese; mix well. Pour mixture into pie crust.

4 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until lightly brown on top and firm in the middle. Serve warm.
