Ingredients for - Cream of Broccoli Soup II

1. Chicken broth - 8 cups
2. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
3. Chopped onion - ¾ cup
4. Chopped celery - ¾ cup
5. Salt - 1 tablespoon
6. Ground white pepper - 1 pinch
7. Milk - 2 cups
8. Cornstarch - ⅓ cup
9. Water - ¼ cup
10. Fresh broccoli florets, cooked - 3 cups
11. Shredded American cheese - 1 ½ cups
12. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Cream of Broccoli Soup II

1. Stage

In large saucepan, combine broth, cream of mushroom soup, onion, celery and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add milk and bring to a boil.

3. Stage

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until cornstarch is completely dissolved. Gradually add mixture to soup, stirring constantly. Simmer for 5 minutes and then add broccoli and cheeses, mixing until melted.
