1. Italian sausage - 8 (4 ounce) links
2. Garlic-flavored olive oil, divided - 3 tablespoons
3. Green bell peppers, seeded and cut into strips - 3
4. Red bell peppers, seeded and cut into strips - 2
5. Yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips - 1
6. Diced tomatoes, drained - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
7. Italian seasoning - 2 tablespoons
8. Onion, cut into wedges - 1 large
9. Garlic, chopped - 6 cloves
10. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
11. Shredded mozzarella cheese - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Daddy's Sausage and Peppers

1. Stage

Slice each sausage link into 5 pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, turning as needed. Drain excess grease.

2. Stage

Add bell peppers, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning, then drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons oil. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

3. Stage

Stir in onion and garlic, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and simmer for 15 more minutes. Stir, then top with mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Remove from the heat and enjoy.
