Ingredients for - Dairy Free Chili Queso Dip

1. Cashews, soaked overnight and drained - 1 ½ cups
2. Orange bell pepper, roughly chopped - 1
3. So Delicious® Dairy Free Unsweetened Cashewmilk Beverage - 1 cup
4. Chili powder - 2 teaspoons
5. Nutritional yeast - ¼ cup
6. Minced onion - ¼ cup
7. Taco seasoning mix - 2 tablespoons
8. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 2 (15 ounce) cans
9. Fresh salsa - 1 ½ cups
10. Chopped fresh cilantro - 1 ½ cups
11. Sliced green onions - 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Dairy Free Chili Queso Dip

1. Stage

Place the cashews, orange bell pepper, Cashewmilk, chili powder, and nutritional yeast in a high-powered blender and puree, about 2 to 3 minutes.

2. Stage

In a large saucepan, heat the minced onion, taco seasoning, black beans and fresh salsa. Stir constantly until thoroughly heated.

3. Stage

Add in the cheese mixture and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt/pepper and garnish with cilantro and/or sliced green onions before serving.
