3. Low-sodium chicken broth - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
4. Chili powder - 2 teaspoons
5. Crushed red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
6. Dried Mexican oregano - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
8. Uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined - 1 pound
