Dessert Drunken Strawberries

1 . Stage

Make a little parchment, pour melted chocolate of any color to the brim and pour off the excess. Let it set.

After the chocolate hardens, carefully remove the paper.

For the base, I use a silicone cupcake mold with a flower-shaped bottom. Pour a 1-2 mm layer of melted chocolate, let it set and take it out of the mold.

The cups are glued to the base with melted chocolate.

Remove the pulp from the strawberries, leaving the edges untouched.

6 . Stage

Dip the strawberries by 1/3 in the melted chocolate.

We put it in the cup.

Draw a cobweb from the cornet (you don't have to do that)

9 . Stage

For the jelly, we pour the wine.

10 . Stage

We add sugar.

11 . Stage

Pour the soaked dissolved gelatin.

12 . Stage

Fill the strawberries with jelly and let them set.
