1. Chopped blanched almonds - ⅔ cup
2. Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
3. Red chile powder - 4 teaspoons
4. Ground turmeric - 2 teaspoons
5. Onion salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Celery salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cayenne pepper, or to taste - 1 pinch

1. Stage

Grind almonds into small pieces using a mortar and pestle. Add sesame seeds, red chile powder, turmeric, onion salt, celery salt, cumin seeds, coriander, and cayenne; mix well.
