Ingredients for - Easy Tortellini Soup

1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Red onion, chopped - 1 small
3. Zucchini, chopped - 1
4. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
5. Crushed tomatoes - 1 (28 ounce) can
6. Chicken broth - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
7. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
8. Italian seasoning - 1 tablespoon
9. Red wine - ¼ cup
10. Hot pepper sauce - 1 dash
11. White corn, undrained - 1 (11 ounce) can
12. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
13. Cheese tortellini - 8 ounces

How to cook deliciously - Easy Tortellini Soup

1. Stage

In a large pot over medium heat, cook onion, zucchini and garlic in oil three minutes, until onion is translucent. Stir in crushed tomatoes, broth, sugar, Italian seasoning, wine and pepper sauce and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and stir in corn and Parmesan. Simmer 30 minutes.

Stir in tortellini and simmer 10 minutes more, until pasta is tender.
