Ingredients for - Filipino Sinarsahang

1. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Garlic, minced, or more to taste - 3 cloves
3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. Roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped - 4
5. Chicken wings - 2 pounds
6. Bay leaf, or more to taste - 1
7. Water - 1 cup
8. Vegetarian chicken-flavored bouillon (such as Better Than Bouillon®) - 1 teaspoon
9. White vinegar - ¼ cup
10. Soy sauce - ⅓ cup
11. Red pepper flakes (Optional) - 1 pinch
12. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Filipino Sinarsahang

1. Stage

Heat a large pot over medium heat and add garlic. Cook until just golden; add oil and onion. Cook until onion is shiny, 1 to 3 minutes. Add tomatoes. Add chicken and bay leaf. Add water and bouillon and bring stew to a boil, about 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Add vinegar to the stew in the pot. Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes, adding extra water if necessary.

3. Stage

Add soy sauce to the stew and simmer 40 minutes more.

Season with red pepper, salt, and black pepper.
