Ingredients for - Filipino Sinarsahang

1. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
2. Garlic, minced, or more to taste 3 cloves
3. Onion, chopped 1
4. Roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped 4
5. Chicken wings 2 pounds
6. Bay leaf, or more to taste 1
7. Water 1 cup
8. Vegetarian chicken-flavored bouillon (such as Better Than Bouillon®) 1 teaspoon
9. White vinegar ¼ cup
10. Soy sauce ⅓ cup
11. Red pepper flakes (Optional) 1 pinch
12. Salt and pepper to taste 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Filipino Sinarsahang

1 . Stage

Heat a large pot over medium heat and add garlic. Cook until just golden; add oil and onion. Cook until onion is shiny, 1 to 3 minutes. Add tomatoes. Add chicken and bay leaf. Add water and bouillon and bring stew to a boil, about 5 minutes.

2 . Stage

Add vinegar to the stew in the pot. Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes, adding extra water if necessary.

3 . Stage

Add soy sauce to the stew and simmer 40 minutes more.

4 . Stage

Season with red pepper, salt, and black pepper.
