2. Coarse-grain brown mustard - 1 tablespoon
3. Romaine lettuce - 1 leaf
4. Green bell pepper - 2 (1/4 inch thick) rings
5. Cucumber - 4 slices
6. Tomato - 2 slices
7. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 2 slices
8. Red onion - 2 slices
9. Alfalfa sprouts - ½ cup
