2. Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa - 1 cup
3. Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
4. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
5. Salt - ½ teaspoon
6. Whole milk - 2 cups
7. Eggs, separated - 4 large
8. Canola oil - 4 tablespoons
9. Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips - 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Ghirardelli Chocolate Waffles

1. Stage

Preheat a waffle iron according to the manufacturer's directions.

Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder into a bowl. Add the sugar and salt and whisk to thoroughly mix.
