1. Caesar salad dressing - ⅓ cup
2. Orange juice - 3 tablespoons
3. Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips - 2 (5 ounce)
4. Canola oil - 1 tablespoon
5. Chopped fresh chives - 2 tablespoons
6. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
7. Chopped fresh tarragon - 1 tablespoon
8. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon
9. Romaine lettuce, shredded - 1 head
10. Croutons - ½ cup
11. Bacon, cooked and crumbled - 4 slices
12. Grated Gouda cheese - 4 ounces

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with Gouda

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Mix salad dressing and orange juice in a large serving bowl; set aside.

Coat chicken strips with canola oil, followed by chives, parsley, and tarragon. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook chicken strips on the preheated grill with the lid closed until no longer pink in the centers and juices run clear, 7 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness of strips.
