1. Beef short ribs, cut flanken-style - 2 pounds
2. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
3. Steak seasoning - 2 tablespoons
4. Soy sauce - ⅓ cup
5. White vinegar - 2 tablespoons
6. Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
7. Cayenne pepper, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
8. Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground ginger - ½ teaspoon
10. Red pepper flakes - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Flanken Short Ribs

1. Stage

Season short ribs with sugar and steak seasoning; rub over both sides.

2. Stage

Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, maple syrup, 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes together in a small bowl to make marinade.

Pour marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add short ribs. Seal and let marinate in the refrigerator, 1 to 4 hours.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
