Ingredients for - Ground Beef Goulash

1. Lean ground beef - 2 pounds
2. Chopped onions - 2 cups
3. Chopped red bell pepper - 1 cup
4. Beef broth - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
5. Potatoes, peeled and quartered - 4
6. Sliced carrots - 1 cup
7. Ketchup - ⅓ cup
8. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
9. Crushed garlic - 1 teaspoon
10. Paprika - 1 ½ teaspoons
11. Hot sauce (such as Tabasco), or to taste - 1 dash
12. Salt to taste - 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - Ground Beef Goulash

1. Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir beef, onions, and bell pepper in the hot skillet until beef is browned and crumbly, 7 to 10 minutes. Drain and discard grease.

2. Stage

Transfer beef mixture to a slow cooker. Add broth, potatoes, carrots, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, paprika, hot sauce, and salt. Stir the mixture, making sure potatoes remain submerged in liquid.

Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.
