1. Lean ground beef 2 pounds
2. Chopped onions 2 cups
3. Chopped red bell pepper 1 cup
4. Beef broth 1 (14.5 ounce) can
5. Potatoes, peeled and quartered 4
6. Sliced carrots 1 cup
7. Ketchup ⅓ cup
8. Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
9. Crushed garlic 1 teaspoon
10. Paprika 1 ½ teaspoons
11. Hot sauce (such as Tabasco), or to taste 1 dash
12. Salt to taste 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - Ground Beef Goulash

1 . Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir beef, onions, and bell pepper in the hot skillet until beef is browned and crumbly, 7 to 10 minutes. Drain and discard grease.

2 . Stage

Transfer beef mixture to a slow cooker. Add broth, potatoes, carrots, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, paprika, hot sauce, and salt. Stir the mixture, making sure potatoes remain submerged in liquid.

3 . Stage

Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.
