Spread the dressing over the potatoes, pressing it well with a teaspoon into the cuts. Pour half a cup of water and wrap the foil over the potatoes so that it does not touch them. Pour a glass of water into the mold as well. Place in the oven heated to 200°C for 40-50 minutes. After 40 minutes, you can test the potatoes by piercing them with a long wooden skewer. If ready, you can take it out, if not - leave it in the oven.

Unwrap the finished potatoes and let them stand for about five minutes, then transfer them to a dish and you can arrange different snacks on them. Serve at once, before it cools.
