Ingredients for - Hot Bacon Cheese Jalepeno Dip (Pumpkin Optional)

1. Cream cheese, softened - 2 (8 ounce) packages
2. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 2 cups
3. Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled - 1 pound
4. Salsa verde (green salsa) - ¾ cup
5. Chopped green onion - 2 tablespoons
6. Chopped canned jalapeno peppers - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Hot Bacon Cheese Jalepeno Dip (Pumpkin Optional)

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place cream cheese and Monterey Jack cheese in top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir frequently, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching, until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a baking pan.

3. Stage

Mix bacon, green salsa, green onions, and jalapeno peppers in with the cheese.

4. Stage

Bake dip in the preheated oven until warm and bubbly, 10 to 12 minutes.
