1. Unsweetened chocolate - 4 (1 ounce) squares
2. White sugar - 1 cup
3. Butter - 1 tablespoon
4. Salt - ⅛ teaspoon
5. Heavy cream - 1 cup
6. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Hot Fudge Sauce

1. Stage

Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until mostly melted. Transfer chocolate to a heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat. Stir in sugar, butter, and salt until combined.

2. Stage

Stir in cream, a little at a time, until smooth. Heat through, without boiling, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Store sauce in the refrigerator. Unknown
