1. 1-1/2 cups Corn Chex, crushed -
2. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar -
3. 2 tablespoons butter, melted -
4. 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts -
5. 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened -
6. Optional: Hot fudge or caramel ice cream topping, and maraschino cherries -

How to cook deliciously - Ice Cream Balls

1. Stage

In a shallow bowl, combine cereal, brown sugar and butter. Add nuts. Shape ice cream into 1-in. balls; roll in cereal mixture until well coated.

2. Stage

Freeze for at least 1 hour. If desired, serve with fudge or caramel ice cream topping and cherries.
