1. Salmon, drained and flaked - 1 (14.75 ounce) can
2. Salmon, drained and flaked - 1 (7.5 ounce) can
3. Saltine crackers, crushed - 1 (4 ounce) packet
4. Eggs, beaten - 2
5. Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
6. Worcestershire sauce - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Fresh lemon juice - 1 ½ teaspoons
8. Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
9. Dry mustard - 1 teaspoon
10. Vegetable oil, or as needed - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Jim's Salmon Patties

1. Stage

Mix both amounts of salmon, crushed crackers, eggs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and dry mustard together in a bowl. Chill in refrigerator to allow flavors to combine, 30 minutes. Form mixture into 6 patties.

2. Stage

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat; fry the salmon patties until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
