1. Salmon, drained and flaked 1 (14.75 ounce) can
2. Salmon, drained and flaked 1 (7.5 ounce) can
3. Saltine crackers, crushed 1 (4 ounce) packet
4. Eggs, beaten 2
5. Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
6. Worcestershire sauce 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Fresh lemon juice 1 ½ teaspoons
8. Red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon
9. Dry mustard 1 teaspoon
10. Vegetable oil, or as needed 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Jim's Salmon Patties

1 . Stage

Mix both amounts of salmon, crushed crackers, eggs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and dry mustard together in a bowl. Chill in refrigerator to allow flavors to combine, 30 minutes. Form mixture into 6 patties.

2 . Stage

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat; fry the salmon patties until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
