1. Firmly packed brown sugar ½ cup
2. Honey ½ cup
3. Peanut butter 1 cup
4. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
5. Quick-cooking rolled oats 1 ½ cups
6. Crispy rice cereal 1 ½ cups
7. Raisins 1 cup
8. Shredded coconut ½ cup
9. Sunflower seeds ½ cup

1 . Stage

Lightly grease an 8-inch glass baking dish.

2 . Stage

Bring brown sugar and honey to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir peanut butter and vanilla into the sugar mixture.

3 . Stage

Mix oats, rice cereal, raisins, coconut, and sunflower nuts in a large bowl; add peanut butter mixture and blend. Press mixture into the prepared pan.

Cool mixture completely before cutting into bars.
