Ingredients for - Josephine's No-Bake Granola Bars

1. Firmly packed brown sugar - ½ cup
2. Honey - ½ cup
3. Peanut butter - 1 cup
4. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
5. Quick-cooking rolled oats - 1 ½ cups
6. Crispy rice cereal - 1 ½ cups
7. Raisins - 1 cup
8. Shredded coconut - ½ cup
9. Sunflower seeds - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Josephine's No-Bake Granola Bars

1. Stage

Lightly grease an 8-inch glass baking dish.

2. Stage

Bring brown sugar and honey to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir peanut butter and vanilla into the sugar mixture.

3. Stage

Mix oats, rice cereal, raisins, coconut, and sunflower nuts in a large bowl; add peanut butter mixture and blend. Press mixture into the prepared pan.

4. Stage

Cool mixture completely before cutting into bars.
