1. Dried hibiscus petals ¼ cup
2. Boiling water 1 ½ quarts
3. White sugar, or more to taste 2 tablespoons

Place the hibiscus flowers in a pot and cover with boiling water. Sweeten to taste and allow to cool. Strain and pour into a pitcher. Refrigerate until well chilled.
