1. 1 cup sour cream -
2. 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise -
3. 1 tablespoon Italian salad dressing mix -
4. 1/3 cup finely chopped avocado -
5. 1 teaspoon lemon juice -
6. 1/2 cup finely chopped seeded tomato -
7. Optional: Assorted crackers, cucumber slices, julienned sweet red pepper and carrot sticks -

1. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise and dressing mix. Toss avocado with lemon juice; stir into sour cream mixture. Stir in tomato. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers and assorted vegetables as desired.
