Ingredients for - Lazy Breakfast Casserole

1. Nonstick cooking spray -
2. Texas toast, crusts removed, cubed - 8 slices
3. Bulk pork sausage - 2 pounds
4. Eggs, beaten - 6 large
5. Milk - 2 cups
6. Dry mustard - 1 teaspoon
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
9. Shredded mild Cheddar cheese - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Lazy Breakfast Casserole

1. Stage

Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Place cubed bread into the bottom of the prepared pan.

2. Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Place on top of bread.

Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, and pepper together in a bowl and pour over sausage. Top with Cheddar cheese.

Refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake in the preheated oven until set, about 45 minutes. Place foil over top the last 15 minutes to prevent the cheese from hardening.
