1. 9-inch ready-made shortcrust pastry base
2. Butter ¼ cup
3. Leek, thinly sliced 1
4. Bacon, finely chopped 4 slices
5. Eggs 3
6. Maille® Dijon Originale mustard 2 tablespoons
7. Cream ⅓ cup
8. Swiss cheese, grated ⅔ cup

How to cook deliciously - Leek and Bacon Quiche with Maille® Dijon Originale Mustard

1 . Stage

Prepare shortcrust pastry base in pan.

2 . Stage

Gently fry leek and bacon in butter until leek softens. Whisk eggs, Maille® Dijon Originale mustard and cream together. Add the leek, bacon and cheese. Season and pour into pastry base.

3 . Stage

Bake at 320 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until set. Serve warm.
