1. 1 tablespoon flour, for coating -
2. Lemon cake mix - 1 (15.25 ounce) package
3. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
4. Eggs, beaten - 4 large
5. Instant vanilla pudding mix - 1 (3.4 ounce) package
6. Mountain Dew - 10 fluid ounces
7. Crushed pineapple with juice - 1 (20 ounce) can
8. White sugar - 1 cup
9. Cornstarch - 3 tablespoons
10. Flaked coconut - 1 cup
11. Butter - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Mountain Dew Cake

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Mix together cake mix, oil, beaten eggs, and Mountain Dew in a large bowl until well combined. Pour into the prepared baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Allow cake to cool completely on a wire rack.

Combine pineapple with juice, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut and butter. Spread evenly over cooled cake.
