1. Macaroni - 1 ½ cups
2. Cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
3. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
4. Chopped green bell pepper - ½ cup
5. Chopped celery - ¼ cup
6. Thinly sliced green onion - 3 tablespoons
7. Cherry tomatoes - 8
8. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
9. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 cup
10. Beau Monde ™ seasoning - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Macaroni and Cheese Salad

1. Stage

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, combine pasta and vinegar. Mix well and allow to sit 15-20 minutes.

3. Stage

Add cheese, peppers, celery, green onions, tomatoes, mayonnaise and seasonings. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
