4. Egg - 1 medium
5. Brandy - 1 tablespoon
6. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
7. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
9. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
10. Ground cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon
11. Greek yogurt - ½ cup
12. Milk - ½ cup
13. Mangoes, peeled and diced - 2 medium

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch springform cake pan.

Beat sugar, butter, and olive oil together in a large bowl until light and fluffy, 3 to 5 minutes. Mix in egg and brandy.
