1. Boneless lamb shoulder, cut into 2 inch pieces - 1 pound
2. Diced carrots - 2 cups
3. Potatoes, peeled and diced - 5 large
4. Sweet yellow onion, chopped - ½
5. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
6. Beef stock - 2 cups
7. Seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®), or to taste - 1 pinch
8. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
9. Paprika, or to taste - 1 pinch
10. Dried thyme, or to taste - 1 pinch
11. Irish whiskey (such as Jameson®) - 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger
12. Frozen peas - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - McIntire's Lamb Stew

1. Stage

Place lamb shoulder, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, beef stock, seasoned salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and Irish whiskey in a slow cooker. Cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours. Add peas about 15 minutes before serving.
